Payment can be made by either Paypal (preferred option) Cheque, UK Postal order or cash.

All items offered for sale will be posted within 7 days of the receipt of funds. The total price required will be the price advertised on this site plus postal fees.

Any item ordered via this site can be returned for a full refund, for any reason, within 7 days following receipt. You must contact us by either email or telephone (01274 607642) advising us of your intention to return the goods. Once notified you must return the item to us in its original packaging, ensuring its receipt by us within 7 days of your communication to us. Should the item be lost in transit between yourself & Golfographs.Com then no refund will be effected. All postal/delivery costs for returned goods must be born by the customer.

If any goods are received in a damaged condition, then Golfographs.Com will endeavour to replace those such items wherever possible. Should the extent of the damage be such that the autographed content cannot be suitably re-housed then an alternative product will be offered. In this instance we will contact you to organise a suitable replacement. If a replacement cannot be afreed, a refund will be issued for the amount paid. Any damaged goods must be advised either by email or telephone (01274 607642) within 48 hrs of receipt.
